I've been making photographs since 2010, drawn to interesting people, unfamiliar places and the little moments that often go unnoticed. Along the way, my work has been exhibited in Sydney and Vancouver, published internationally and featured in campaigns across Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

I've also spent more than a decade working in film and television, alongside directors, producers and creative teams. That experience has shaped how I approach photography, from understanding light and storytelling to knowing when to step in and when to let things unfold.

For a few years, I taught yoga in Sri Lanka, New Zealand and Vancouver. An unlikely addition to a photography career, perhaps, but one that taught me a lot about paying attention, connecting with people and making space for them to feel comfortable.

These days, I'm most interested in making honest, thoughtful photographs of people and the world around them.

Away from the camera...

When I'm not shooting, I'm usually outside somewhere. Hiking, cycling, camping, exploring somewhere new or wandering around Vancouver with a camera.

I'm drawn to good food, interesting people, mountains, the ocean and probably too many creative side projects. Photography has always been a way of paying closer attention to the world, and that curiosity doesn't really switch off when I put the camera down.

I’ve spent a lot of time on film sets

Working in film and television has taken me onto some extraordinary sets, alongside talented directors, cinematographers, producers and crews.

It's taught me the value of preparation, collaboration and being able to adapt when things don't go to plan. Whether I'm photographing someone one-on-one or working on a larger commercial production, I bring that same approach to every shoot.

Previous productions include projects for Disney, Apple TV+ and FX, alongside international advertising campaigns.

What it’s like to work together

Relaxed

You don't need to know what to do in front of a camera. I'll offer direction when it's helpful, but leave plenty of room for things to happen naturally.

Collaborative

Bring your ideas, references or half-formed thoughts. I love working with people to make something neither of us might have imagined alone.

Prepared

Years on film sets have taught me to arrive ready, communicate clearly and adapt when things inevitably change.
