Documentary when it matters.

Direction when it helps.

Most of the day, I’m looking for what’s already happening: expressions, conversations, nervous moments, bad dancing and all the little things you probably won’t notice until afterwards.

When we do portraits, I’ll give you enough direction that you’re never wondering what to do, but I’m not interested in making everything feel overly posed.

My background in photography and film has taught me to pay attention to light, people and the story unfolding around me. The aim is a set of photographs that looks beautiful, but still feels like your wedding.
